Crab Rangoon

This week we have a delicious restaurant style crab rangoon recipe using Brush Tones and Lienzo! During production, Brush Tones is hand-finished on Lienzo which is a thinner, lighter-weight shape in an elegant Pure White glaze.  Brush Tones comes in a variety of colors, like the Meadow that we used in our recipe!

Prep: 

Brush Tones 12oz Bowl
Brush Tones 24oz Bowl
Brush Tones Salad Plate

Ingredients: 

Any frying oil
Wonton wrappers, about half a pack
8oz cream cheese, softened
3 green onions, whites online
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1-1/2 teaspoon sugar
4 ounce imitation crab meat, finely chopped

Directions: 

  • In a small pot, heat oil
  • Fill a small bowl or cup with water.  This will be used to wet the wonton wrappers so that they will stick together better
  • In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese, chopped onions, chopped crab meat, soy sauce, and sugar. This will be your filling
  • Assemble by wetting your finger and running it along the edges of the wonton wrapper. Place a small dollop of filling in the center, and pinch the edges of wrapper together, sealing your crab rangooon
  • Fry until browned
  • Serve warm with your favorite sauce!
