Today, we have a delicious Banana Bread Oatmeal recipe using our stackable Brush Tones bowls! Not only are they the perfect size, but they also save tons of space! & who doesn’t need more space in their kitchen cabinets?
Prep:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup water
3/4 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 banana, divided
2 tablespoons brown sugar, divided
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon butter
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
- Add oats, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and 1/2 of the banana (sliced) to a medium pot
- Add water and stir frequently while cooking on medium-high until liquid is gone
- In a skillet, melt butter and mix in brown sugar, the rest of the banana (sliced) and chopped pecans. Sauté until caramelized
- Add your oats to a bowl and top with bananas and pecans
- Top with more cinnamon and brown sugar if desired
